Elliott Bay Fundraising's Full Service Program
Elliott Bay offers a full line of value-added services FREE OF CHARGE that will truly simplify your fundraising coordinator's role, minimizing both the time commitment and stress involved in handling this very important job. We provide the easiest, most organized fundraising experience available in the Northwest!!
Order Processing
Order forms require NO computer inputting or tallying, or transferring to other forms by you. Upon order turn-in, simply count the money received from each student, log it onto the classroom/team envelopes we provide for each class, and let us do the rest. Your order will be picked up by UPS and delivered to our offices for processing FREE OF CHARGE. Orders will be verified by our staff for accuracy during order entry into our data processing program. Any discrepancies (e.g. wrong item numbers, etc.) will be reported directly to parents in their child's order.
Order Packaging
Products and all prizes earned will be packed individually by student and separated by teacher. Our state-of-the-art barcode scanning system ensures accuracy in picking student orders. Student orders will include a computerized packing slip, a copy of the student's order form, and a "Check Your Order" Letter instructing parents to call our toll free 1-800 number directly regarding any discrepancies in their order.
Order Delivery
Firm delivery appointments are scheduled at least three days in advance. An Elliott Bay employee will unload the truck and place orders in your desired location.
Caring Customer Service
Our staff is lead by a past PTA and PTO president, each of whom also chaired their schools' Elliott Bay fundraisers for three or more consecutive years. Due to their depth of experience, they truly understand your needs, and will provide you and your parents with fantastic customer service support. Plus, they will make it fun!
