About Us

Established in 1990, Elliott Bay Fundraising is Washington’s premier fundraising company. With our offices and distribution center located in Lynnwood, Washington, we specialize in helping school groups, parent organizations, and youth sports organizations throughout all of Washington State. A family owned and operated business, Elliott Bay Fundraising is owned and operated by long time employees, Debbie Thompson and Vannesa Heuer.

Our professional sales team will provide advice and expertise to help you select the program that will maximize your profits. Our friendly and knowledgeable office staff is lead by Debbie Thompson, former Elliott Bay customer who chaired four consecutive fall fundraisers with us for Cedar Way Elementary PTO, Vannesa Heuer, Cathy Curtis and Janet Alley, also former Elliott Bay customers who volunteered for the fall fundraisers for Brier Elementary PTA. We will be here daily 9:00 – 5:00 throughout the fall and spring fundraising seasons and from 9:00 – 3:00 during the balance of the year to provide the support and guidance you need.

Our utilization of state-of-art bar code scanning technology and order-entry verification systems ensures your student orders will be filled accurately. And you’ll enjoy the pampering provided by our Elliott Bay employees who will unload your orders from our truck and place them where desired in your facility.
